years’ development now our company has 4 processing workshops.
Workshop One Extrusion Workshop:
Specialize in producing silica gel tube, rubber
tube, bubble tube, dual-color tube, rubber-plastic tube, PU
tube, TPE and TPV tube material. The product performance can
reach the special requirements of resisting high temperature,
coldness, aging, height, pressure, oil, abrasion, acid and alkali,
shock, avulsion, slide as well as bubble requirement. For various
forms of abnormal piece and products of different material,
different hardness and different color, our company provides
one-dragon service of the whole process from mould design, mould
processing, supporting design, color mixing, production to performance
test.
Workshop Two Mold Pressing & Sulfuration Workshop:
Specialize in producing and processing various
high temperature resisting, pressure resisting, oil resisting
and shock resisting silica gel and rubber fittings and various
finished products. And provide supporting service for electronic
industry, various house appliances, electrothermal devices,
mechanical equipment, office equipment, daily commodities and
toy industry. More over, professionally exerting various special
material to produce and process super soft, high-transparency,
high-bounce and super-viscosity rubber products is the characteristic
of our company.
Workshop Three Injection Workshop:
Specialize in producing various rubber plastic toys and gift
products. Conduct production, assembly, performance debugging
and test on its own.
Workshop Four Mould Processing Center:
Provide service of mould picking-up, silicon rubber mould pressing,
mould injection, jig producing and testing, hand-making forming
and mechanical processing.
The main raw materials
we adopt are liquid silicon rubber (LSR) and ethylene-propylene-diene
monomer (EPDM).
The main products of our company
include silica gel tube, rubber tube, bubble tube, dual-color
tube, rubber-plastic tube, PU tube, TPE, TPU and PVC tube material
as well as various abnormal bars; rubber ring, waterproof ring,
oil seal, dustproof tube, foot pad, shockproof block and rubber
mat of various material and specifications, various products
of pad, soft rubber pad, skidproof pad, insole and shoulder
pad; and we also produce mixed pieces and finished products
of rubber and silica gel to customers’ measure; various soft
gel rubber plastic toys, gifts, PTE/TPR, PU glue and silica
gel novel products.
Main production equipment includes:
- φ65-90mm silica gel and rubber extrusion production line
- φ65PU/TPE/TPV rubber extrusion production line
- 25-200T automatic computer-controlled rubber sulfuration
machine
- φ150-300mm glue melting machine for sample making and
producing.
- 120T-400T Taiwan injection machine
CNC milling machine, lathe, sharpening machine,
grinding machine and spark machine.
Main testing equipment includes: pull force
tester, thermal air aging testing chamber, high temperature
testing chamber, projection meter, percentage thickness gauge,
Shore hardness gauge, reading microscope and so on. Our company
